In 2006, Rossano seized an exciting opportunity when he took over La Pegola, an Italian restaurant in Marin. He introduced his own cuisine, skilfully combining traditional Italian flavours with international influences. Encouraged by the success of La Pegola, Rossano opened Chez Ross in 2017, bringing similar tried-and-tested dishes. Both restaurants have become must-visit destinations for local Italian food lovers.
In 2018, Rossano also launched “Mangia Rapido” at La Pegola, a fast-food concept that allows customers to eat efficiently and at a great price.
